Organized by the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies (IPS) and supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the National Service Awards are a prestigious accolade given to companies that deliver outstanding service in their respective industries. The awards comprehensively evaluate service quality, customer satisfaction, and ESG practices across sectors.

Arneg Korea was once again selected as the leading company in the Refrigeration and Freezing Solutions category in recognition of its achievements, including a nationwide integrated service operation system, the provision of sustainable, high-efficiency refrigeration and freezing products, and the development of eco-friendly technologies and implementation of corporate social responsibility.

In particular, Arneg Korea has established a robust nationwide service network, comprising directly operated service centers in major regions—including the five metropolitan cities, Jeju, and Gangwon—along with approximately 60 designated centers and more than 30 authorized dealerships. This network operates on a 24/7, year-round basis, ensuring rapid and reliable technical support. This framework provides store operators with prompt and reliable technical support, playing a key role in enhancing customer trust and satisfaction through comprehensive life-cycle equipment management.

Furthermore, Arneg Korea continues to introduce eco-conscious technologies such as BLDC inverter systems and CO₂ refrigerant systems to improve the energy efficiency of its refrigeration and freezing equipment. The company has been recognized for its proactive response to tightening global environmental regulations and is leading the retail industry’s sustainable transition through refrigerant conversion and energy-saving technology development.
