26 Showcase Models and CO₂ BLDC Inverter CDU Unveiled… Strengthening Eco-Friendly, High-Efficiency Solutions

Arneg Korea announced on the 24th that it drew significant industry attention at Seoul Café Show 2025, held at COEX from November 19 to 22, by unveiling a total of 26 new showcase models along with Korea’s first CO₂ BLDC Inverter CDU.

This year, Arneg Korea presented a wide range of showcases covering bakery, wine, prepared foods, meat, meal kits, and frozen products. The company has consistently introduced new products at the Café Show every year, and this year expanded its lineup with models focused on improved energy efficiency, enhanced visibility, and low-noise design.

The high-efficiency showcase series featuring BLDC inverter technology received strong praise from buyers. Compared to fixed-speed systems, the new models significantly reduce power consumption and improve operational stability, enabling retailers to meaningfully lower their operating costs. An IoT-based integrated management solution—capable of real-time equipment monitoring—was also demonstrated on-site, earning feedback such as “technology that makes store operations easier and more efficient.”

At the exhibition, Arneg Korea officially announced the launch of its CO₂ natural refrigerant–based BLDC inverter CDU (2HP, 4HP, 10HP) and showcased the 2HP and 4HP units for the first time. Designed and manufactured in Korea, the system leverages Arneg Korea’s accumulated refrigeration expertise and CO₂ system engineering know-how, offering significantly improved environmental performance and efficiency compared to traditional HFC refrigerants. Industry observers noted that, amid tightening carbon-reduction regulations and increasing demand for high-efficiency equipment across both large and small retail formats, CO₂ BLDC inverter systems may soon become the new standard in the retail sector.

The newly revealed hydroponic cultivation solution also attracted strong interest. Allowing customers to grow herbs and vegetables directly in stores, the system drew attention for elevating sustainability and maximizing space utilization. It also reduces ingredient waste by ensuring consistent fresh produce supply and enhances operational efficiency through convenience-focused features such as a water-circulation pump, oxygen generator, and LED control system. Buyers highlighted the solution’s practical potential for cafés and bakeries—not only for fresh ingredient supply but also for customer experience and interior design value.

A representative from Arneg Korea stated, “As the demand for eco-friendly refrigerant transition and high-efficiency equipment continues to rise, BLDC inverter technology and CO₂ solutions are becoming increasingly essential. We will continue to strengthen our product competitiveness with IoT-based management systems and advanced energy-saving technologies.” They added, “Beyond showcases, we plan to expand our portfolio to include refrigeration units and cold rooms, accelerating the development of solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and sustainability for our customers.”
